Geotech Company History
Geotech was formed as a limited company in Dec 1995 after completing several projects for oil exploration companies amidst a growing number of clients. The company continued to expand its area of operations, taking on the services of several freelance consultants within the industry
With the continued increase in industry standards, Geotech put quality control criteria in place within its operations, culminating in the accreditation of EN ISO 9002 in 1997. Geotech also maintains a presence within the Norwegian Achilles Approved Contractors database.
Providing a professional independent service to the industry, Geotech presents its project reports in a clear concise format, utilising its own proprietary database system (compiled with Visual Dbase) operating in Windows environment.
Further expansion, into the provision of field personnel to seismic contracting companies commenced in 2003, providing Consultant Geophysicists encompassing all onboard gero disciplines, including data aqcuisiton, data processing, data interpretation, sampling, goetechnical acquisition and analysis services.
Geotech continues to this day, to be a major supplier in the provision of consultant services to the Seismic Exploration industry
